E-mail proofs are low-resolution PDF files we send to you via E-mail. E-mail proofs are perfectly adequate for confirming that design elements are correct and that the fonts are correct. However, because you will view the image on a computer monitor, E-mail proofs will not provide an accurate prediction of the colors you will see when the document is printed.
Requested E-mail proof is sent for only one time after your file is submitted. Additional proof will incur additional fee at then prevailed charge/fee.
Turnaround time starts when we send your order to press for production with your proof approval if requested. Payment in full must be received before your order can move into production. You will have to place an order for a job, upload artwork to that job, review and approve the E-mail PDF proof before we send your order to press.
We must receive your proof approval by 10:00 am PST for production to begin that day. Production begins the following business day for all jobs approval sent after the 10:00 am PST cut-off time.
Turnaround times are based on business or working days that are Monday through Friday. National and Federal holidays, Saturday and Sunday do not count when calculating turnaround. Turnaround represents the production time required before your job ships and does not include shipping transit time.
There are three options for designing and customizing a product. Click a product first and then choose one of the following options.
1. Browse Templates: use this to select hundreds of pre-loaded templates. Work on them or customize them through our design studio.
2. Design Online: let you customize the products from a blank template. Click it to open the design studio and use multiple tools to create your own design.
3. Upload Design: using this option, you can upload your own JPG, JPEG, PSD, EPS and PDF files.
